By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

• Zazza App: A collaborative platform for group collections, fund management, and escrow-backed disbursements.
• AI & Smart Systems: Data-driven automation, predictive analytics, and AI-powered decision-making tools for enterprises.
• Robotics & Integration: Custom software and hardware integration services.
• Custom Development: Tailored software solutions for various industries.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

Certain features of the Zazza App may involve fees, such as transaction charges or subscription plans. All fees will be disclosed prior to your use. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the processor. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SWL. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party. You access such links at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. USE OF THE ZAZZA APP INVOLVES FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS; WHILE WE EMPLOY ESCROW AND SECURITY MEASURES, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR SYSTEM FAILURES BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SWL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (ii) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS; (iii) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION; OR (iv) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR THE LIKE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SWL and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nigeria. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
